Promote higher conditions of economic, social, cultural and educational progress and development for the whole nation.



Goals

- Medium-term:

  • Support relief, service, technical, medical and developmental projects in Damascus and its countryside.
  • Activate all teams and spread the culture of volunteerism, production and teamwork through systematic work mechanism and fixed rules.
  • Cooperate with the local council in Damascus and its countryside to implement projects.

- Long-term:

  • Activate the culture of production through doing small projects that provide new job opportunities.
  • Promote people’s advancement intellectually and scientifically to build the core of the nation’s renaissance
  • Improve the scientific and intellectual level of the society by encouraging and supporting intellectual and developmental projects.

Work Mechanism

  • The first phase

    Needs Assessment

  • Assess needs to identify the most vulnerable families within areas
  • Analyze the results of need assessment.
  • Study the possibility of projects implementation and follow-up.
  • Determine priorities of projects implementation in the regions.
  • Update the study of projects.
  • The second phase

    Implementation

  • Distribution of fund, provided by donors, in accordance to priority.
  • The memorandum of understanding between the donor and the implementer is signed in order to start implementation.
  • Implementation of the project in determined regions.
  • The third Phase

    Documentation, Monitoring and Evaluation

  • Monitor the implemented projects, including financial statements, visual documentations. (photos and videos) and all data of human resources of the project.
  • Receive documents, audit and ensure compliance.
  • Archive documents.
  • Assess quality of implementation
